1920s does Victorian corseted waist cincher

1920s black velvet waist cincher inspired by Victorian corsetry with a Swiss-style pointed waist, cord lacing, and an oversized tassel. Lined in crêpe paper, a material popularly used for theatrical costumes during the early 20th century. Snap closures at the back side. There are two tears in the paper but no other flaws to note.
