1920s pure silk devoré drop waist dress in a stunning cobalt blue. When the velvet catches the light it illuminates the material and has a reflective, almost iridescent quality. Has a squared neckline and slightly flared long sleeves. Truly a rare and stunning piece. No closures, pulls on over head.
