1930s embroidered net gown with velvet rose appliqué

1930s bias cut gown made of a stretchy sheer black net, beautifully embroidered with floral motifs in metallic gold and black thread. Ethereal flutter sleeves and an open keyhole back enhances the romantic silhouette, and accented with a dramatically oversized fuchsia flower that has several petals made of velvet. The net has several small holes throughout and the flower appliqué has some staining, reflected in price. In otherwise good condition.
