1930s silk embroidered Hungarian peasant blouse

1930s pure silk Hungarian peasant smocked blouse with colorful folk embroidery.

The seam on both sides has been backed with fusing by previous owner in order to reinforce the material where it was starting to tear. The reinforcement has made the blouse sturdy and is not noticeable when worn. It is structurally very sound. There are also a few light stains on the left sleeve.
