1940s embellished velvet folk vest

1940s Eastern European velvet corset style vest with beaded flowers and adorned with little stars, birds and butterflies. Some sequins are missing around the edges and there are loose beads throughout. Lining has some discoloration but doesn’t show when worn. Presents beautifully. 

Measurements 

This garment is very adjustable due to its lace-up closure. It best fits a modern size M.
