1940s periwinkle tailored gabardine set

Beautiful 1940s two piece gabardine set in a true shade of periwinkle. The tailoring is what makes this one so special, high waisted wide leg trousers and a sharply cut vest that gives it that classic, elegant 1940s silhouette. The fabric has a wonderful weight and drape, substantial enough to hang beautifully while still moving with ease. It is very well made and both pieces would make wonderful separates as well. In excellent vintage condition, with no flaws to note.
