1970s French Pierrot novelty blouse

1970s novelty print Pierrot blouse by Scorpion Paris. Dagger collar and dramatic balloon sleeves. Made of a lightweight synthetic material. Dye stain on the left sleeve and underarm discoloration. The fullness of the sleeves hides flaws fairly well but they are present nonetheless. Made in France.
