Early 1900s velvet collar/belt

Turn of the century Masonic collar or belt made of velvet with intricate bullion embroidery. Trimmed with metal fringe and tassels. Quilted back side. In very good vintage condition. Must slip over head to be worn as a belt.

Produced by B. Pasquale Co., which was started in San Francisco in 1854.
