1930s seafoam appliquéd & scalloped slip dress

1930s silk/rayon blend bias slip dress in the most ethereal seafoam color. Cutwork, appliqué and embroidery adorn the neckline and has a beautiful scalloped edge. In very good vintage condition, missing one belt loop but doesn’t affect wearability. Labeled size 36. Fits like a S/M and can be tied to fit smaller.
