Victorian 1880s net blouse with Irish lace 3/4 length sleeves

Victorian mesh net blouse with intricate Irish lace inserts and 3/4 length sleeves. Found with a collection dated 1886-1888. Fabric has stretch. Classic Victorian silhouette.

Hooks and eye closures have rust, some rust stains have transferred to the fabric. Boning to help keep collar upright is peeking out. In otherwise very sturdy and wearable condition.
