Victorian silk velvet knotted shawl/capelet

Silk velvet shawl with printed silk lining in an unusual and striking shade of blue with knotted silk fringe. Ties in front with silk ribbons. In good condition for its age with some abrasions in lining which is disguised when worn and some separating between the lining and velvet.
